Customer service was sup par and even though they didn't really do anything, the fact that I was able to communicate with some one via phone and e-mail was reassuring. The logo Puma is embroidered, and the Crest is Rubberized, the fit is spot on...snug but not to tight and I got a size small!!!! The sleeves are just right..I did not need to shorten them....as was the length...The FLY Emirates sponsor was heat pressed and looked dead on....Overall no complaints whatsoever on the replica...I did get the replica..not player version.
